I purchased a pair of earrings from Rashida the fifth of May. She almost immediately sent a tracking number, but the tracking number is no good. I have tried contacting her on Instagram where I got her information from, to emailing her. She is not responding at all. Now we are in June. June 3rd to be exact. I have not received my earrings or a refund. This is really pitiful that this woman is going around stealing money from innocent people.

Customer failed to read the shipping and production policy in its entirety.As it states any item purchased on sale will experience delays.Customer opened a dispute and it was accepted.Customer has been refunded completely.

Ordered merchandise 12/1/19. Was told would be received by Christmas. on 12/20 I emailed, saying not yet received. on 12/21 got a response thanking for order and explaining items would arrive before Christmas. I clicked tracking number for USPS that was given, and it showed only the label was prepared in Philadelphia. 12/24, same status, and when I emailed rashida, I got no response. I emailed on two other occasions the week of Jan 2 and then this week. no response. tracking status still the same at this point. I opened a ticket with USPS on Tuesday 1/7/20 requesting they look into it hoping that might help. within a day I started getting notifications from USPS that the items were in transit. I received a call from my local USPS saying something about the shipper wasn't shipping until a request was made to ship - the investigation by USPS triggered the 'request' and the item was shipped. I got one of the two items today with an apology, and saying I was refunded for one of the items I did not get (note from Rashida said it was backordered and that I was refunded). I have not been refunded.

I placed an order on 12/17/19. I was then sent an order confirmation. I sent a message for an update on 12/21/19 because there tracking number didn't have an update. I was told that my order would ship that day. I sent another message 2 days because I still had not seen an update on the USPS website but I didn't receive a response. I submitted an investigation request to USPS using three tracking number provided. I was informed by USPS today (1/6/20) that the package was never shipped.

I ordered from Rashida R (Rashida Girl) on August 22, 2019. I purchased 5 pair of earring that were in her sale section. It clearly states that items were to be shipped in 3/4 weeks. I thought that was weird but she is talented. Through numerous attempts and me opening a case against her on ***, she starts a shipping label on September 26, 2019 and said she dropped the package off at the post office in September 28, 2019. Not true. I checked this morning and it the same status! USPS states in their website that once my package is received, shipping info will be updated within an hour, NOT 24 hours as Rashida R states. She wanted to point out in the email that they said PRE-ORDERED. I said I read that, I know! And it also stated that my items would ship in 3/4 weeks. It’s October! And she is suing no refunds. So at this point it’s considered theft and as I stated to Rashida R, just refund needs money.

I placed an order for two pairs of earrings on July 5th. Followed her instructions and received a confirmation email upon receipt of payment. When it got well beyond the 7-14 day time frame I contacted @rashidagurl per her own posted policy. No response. I sent her several DMs and did not get a response until I commented about it publicly on one of her post (when she turned commenting on) and she stated my order was processing and would be shipped soon. That was two weeks ago. I’ve sent her SIX emails and she has not responded to not one. So here it is on August 28th and I still have no earrings yet she’s had my money since the 5th.
While I understand she does her products by hand, I find absolutely unacceptable and disappointing the disregard for the lack of customer service. At minimum, open communication would suffice, an apology and acknowledgment something.

Unfortunately I have no additional information nor how to go about getting a physical address as she is unresponsive.

Same issues as reported by the other two people. I placed an order on May 4th, 2019 and it’s been three months and I still haven’t received my items or a refund. After one month, I emailed BOTH emails listed for Rashida multiple times until I finally received a generic response stating my order was still being processed (even though it’s stated EVERYWHERE that the normal processing time is 7-14 business days). I waited until July before I emailed again and again, no response. At the beginning of this month (August), I emailed a request to cancel my order of $72.50; keep in mind, with every email I’ve sent, I attached screenshots of the order confirmation, where I paid, the items I ordered, and a text message that confirmed my order as well. I still didn’t receive a response so I sent the email a lot more times and also sent the information to BOTH Instagram pages. My bank won’t cancel the funds themselves because it’s been over 60 days (my own fault for waiting so long) and I have no idea what else to do.

I ordered an item from the website RashidaGurl on May 21, 2019. I was aware that the process as stated on the site takes 7-14 business days. However, it's been over 21 days and still no product has been shipped to me.
After the 14th business day I email inquiring about my order to this email: myrashidagurlorder@***.com on June 13th, 2019. I did not receive a response. I emailed again to follow up on June 18th and still no response from the person.
I understand the items are handmade, but one person stated they ordered earrings in August and finally in October they heard from RashidaGurl only to say they cancelled the order. This is very unprofessional and no excuse to have items arrive LATE when people spend money or support local businesses. The lack of communication of any sort is unprofessional and a sign or no care to the people who are purchasing items. This is a shame it is happening because I was really excited to get these items and even review them as I run a magazine. I feel ashame this is my own city too. At this point I don't think I want to support this company. Is it a company?

I made several orders with Ms R through her online business. I contacted her to check the status of my orders, and received a response stating she was overwhelmed due to so many orders and gave the option of asking for a refund.I emailed her back and informed I still wanted my merchandise. MS R kept sending me e-mails promising to mail by merchandise. Eventually she sent me a message apologizing for the inconvenience and issued a $150 credit that I would be able to use for a future order.I used the $150.00 credit that she issued and my credit card to pay the remaining balance that was due,as my order totaled more than the credit issued. Because I did not receive my items again, I emailed Ms R and she emailed me back stating she mailed my purchased out however my order must have got lost in the mail. I never received a confirmation email from her confirming that the items were shipped. She informed me that she would send me the tracking info for the shipping and would refund me the additional $15.00 that I paid for my purchase with my credit card. When I asked for the remaining amount, she never replied back and I have yet to receive my order.I kept all communications between me and Ms R and not once did she state she mailed my items prior to me e-mailing her a few days ago. She is a scammer and a thief and I want my money back.
