Review: Contractor failed to fulfill terms of agreement. Requested tree service work not completed.
On July 2, 2013, [redacted] (Qualify Partner) came to our home and did a walk-around of our yard and gave us a quote of $1,350.00 to remove all dead branches from all trees and remove 2 small dead trees and haul away all dead branches and debris. On August 5, 2013, his crew of 4 employees came to our home and removed the 2 small trees and about 70% of the dead branches. The crew left after 4 hours on site, saying they were done. Since the quoted work was not completed, I called Mr. [redacted] and he said the unfinished work would be completed within one week. To date, the work has not been completed and Mr. [redacted] was paid in full.Desired Settlement: Complete the work as quoted. Return to our home and remove the remaining dead branches from the trees in our yard and haul them away.
