happen. Just as information, to help us provide a good experience with our clients we have a few general policies in place. We call our customers before we go out to their house and we also call them both while we are there working and a few days after to see how everything went In addition we review all the worker's sheets and compare them to the GPS report for each of our trucks to make sure the time the crew says they are at a property is the correct timeAnd we have several quality control managers that constantly check up on our crews We generally use these policies to help resolve the issue when someone does have a complaint with what has happened. If we are not able to resolve the issue with these policies then a manager will usually take over the situation to help reach a resolution. In addition to not getting the work done before your Mother's Day party, I understand that the main complaint you had was that our crews didn’t start working until 9am even though our records indicate that the crews showed up at 8am Even though we make an effort to ensure those times match up, we fully acknowledge that just because the truck showed up at a certain hour does not mean that crews started working at that specific hour.
