***,I am so sorry that we were unable to perform the work before your Mother’s Day party. We always strive to provide high quality customer service in our office and with our workers in the field. I know that sometimes mistakes are made but we try to rectify them as they
happen. Just as information, to help us provide a good experience with our clients we have a few general policies in place. We call our customers before we go out to their house and we also call them both while we are there working and a few days after to see how everything went In addition we review all the worker's sheets and compare them to the GPS report for each of our trucks to make sure the time the crew says they are at a property is the correct timeAnd we have several quality control managers that constantly check up on our crews We generally use these policies to help resolve the issue when someone does have a complaint with what has happened. If we are not able to resolve the issue with these policies then a manager will usually take over the situation to help reach a resolution. In addition to not getting the work done before your Mother's Day party, I understand that the main complaint you had was that our crews didn’t start working until 9am even though our records indicate that the crews showed up at 8am Even though we make an effort to ensure those times match up, we fully acknowledge that just because the truck showed up at a certain hour does not mean that crews started working at that specific hour. Lorie, My name is Marcus and I am the office manager at Rasmussen Landscapes.I have had a chance to review the phone call that you have had with one of our representatives I'd like to apologize for how our representative behaved during that conversation I know you have been a
satisfied customer up to that point We do not tolerate that poor level of customer service here at Rasmussen landscapes.I have gone ahead and credited the $in question due to this terrible lack of service It is important for me to let you know that I have taken corrective action against the employee who was part of this conversation, and I will be terminating their employment with us We are a family owned business and we strive for a great customer service experience I apologize that our relationship had to be terminated over this issue but I understand where you are coming from If you ever decide that you would like to give us a second opportunity we would love to provide you with the service you loved before this event. [redacted], I am so sorry that our office has taken so long to get back to you and your complaint.  I know the employee that was supposed to call you back later in the day had to leave for an emergency.  Still she should have made sure someone would have followed up...
