Completely disatified with unprofessional repair of sprinkler system. Did not complete job and did things that I did not authorize. Cut wires....

[redacted] from [redacted] Sprinkler came over and fixed a leak near the pump in my sprinkler system. Two pipes had come apart, and after he repaired them they came loose. Called him back and he fixed it by installing another pipe, the pipe he installed broke. Called him back he took out my pump, and then he spliced the wiring tearing it out in many different places. It worked while he was here, and then stopped working. Called him back and it would work while he was here. Then it would short out and my sprinklers did not work for a month. Called him back and he did not come out to fix it. Sprinkler did not work for the last month. [redacted] did not replace the artificial rock over the area where the pump was and left it open with a small cover over a drain, and put a floor tile in the dirt filled hole. He replaced in a bad metal drain in back yard with plastic drain. He has trouble finding the leak and dug up a large portion of my yard. I got a bill for 553.00. Called the owner [redacted] and told him that I was totally dissatisfied with their work. He defended [redacted]. Finally after some negotiations [redacted] came out to look at the wiring and replace the artificial rock. He only set it on top of the hole!!!! Did not secure it like it was before they started the sprinkler repair, and he cut the sprinkler wires off of the timer without permission and threw them in my trash. Everytime they come out they make the situation worse. Did not agree to having anything done to the wires and have told them that I am not paying any more money and am not sure why my bill was $553.00. Have gotten bills from him with a hand written letter about how they need their money and how they are living on acorns till spring. Well my sprinkler system will not even work now since he cut the wires off, and not even sure if it will work and not leak once spring gets here and I can test it. Will have to call out another company to replace the wiring. Why does someone have to pay over and over again for work that was done improperly.
