I am rejecting this response...

because:This response is disingenuous.  I provided, as requested, all information to include credit card receipt, business receipts, etc  the business decided not to refund the $40 despite their ability to.  As stated in the initial complaint, no effort (as with now) was taken to refund the monies). Simply stating they have asked me to “come in” does not answer why they have not provided the refund   However, their submission does appear to validate their requirement to provide the refund.  Assuming no further communication or other delays ... they have the information (as they themselves requested of me) to make the refund.
