Rasool Auto Sales

This customer [redacted] give me a check the rest of the down payment and he told me to deposit this check after weeks ,when I deposit the check in my bank account there is no money in the customer account to cover the check so the check will be return and he want me to pay dollars for the truck repair, how I can believe he fixing the truck after he give me a check with no money in his account, I work hard to get him a loan with his bad credit payments history the bank charging him over just the loan fees, I just add the loan fee on the top of the truck price and I explain that to him he accept that and he ask me if I can take a check for the rest of my truck down payment I said yes because I want to help him and his family, so that what I get in Return from him and his family

This customer [redacted] give me a check 1600 the rest of the down payment and he told me to deposit this check after 2 weeks ,when I deposit the check in my bank account there is no money in the customer account to cover the check so the check will be return and he want me to pay 283 dollars...

for the truck repair, how I can believe he fixing the truck after he give me a check with no money in his account, I work hard to get him a loan with his bad credit payments history the bank charging him over 1500 just the loan fees, I just add  the loan fee on the top of the truck price and I explain that to him he  accept that and  he ask me if I can take a check for the rest of  my truck down payment I said yes because I want to help him and his family, so that what I get in Return from him and his family.

I am rejecting this response because:First of all he tried to take the $1,600 that we promised to pay 2 weeks AFTER we left 48 hours before the agreed-upon date and I have bank records showing proof of this, so of course not all of the money was going to be there because my husband gets paid every Tuesday and we explained that to him. So that is his own fault and mistake trying to deposit it early. Second if all he called us almost evetyday after we left asking for his money knowing we said and agreed upon 2 weeks so it was borderline harassment. We didnt even have the truck 12 hours before the check engine light came on. My husband IMMEDIATELY called the seller and informed him and sent dicumentation showing the check engine light code which rasool auto sales for and then which he agreed to pay after a mechanic in our area closer to home fixed. Rasool auto sales asked us to pay first and send a copy of the receipt when finished which we did as well and also they spoke to the mechanic we took the truck too. Now he us trying to get out of reimbursing us the money we are owed because wr have bad credit? That doesnt make any sense, we did everything he asked us to do and now he doesn't want to pay? Unacceptable and we want our money we paid which he agreed to cover and we have text messages proving of this agreement. He also DID NOT explain any "bank fees" on top of his selling price. He said his selling price he would give us was $14,200 infront if myself, my wife and sister in law. The contract says $15,560 PLUS bank fees on the lines below so hus statement is FALSE. When we tried to ask or confront him about it he tried to blame it on the bank but when I spoke to the bank they said they have nothing to do with the selling price. So another lie from him. All we want is the money we are owed and he agreed to reimburse us for!
