ID: [redacted] Response to Complaint.This is an attempt to not pay a debt.We do not have a customer on file by the name of [redacted] He is not listed on the childcare contractHe is however, listed as an emergency contactThe customer, [redacted] is not listed in your complaint.This customer failed to give proper notice to terminate care and is now attempting to avoid monies owed associated with our legal binding contractIt is our policy to obtain a written two-weeks' notice to terminate careThe child left the center on Friday, August 21, like any other dayShe was signed out and neither complaints, nor any other concerns were brought to our attention| noticed that the child was not in care the following Monday, August 24, That was very unusual because she attended regularly and the mother had even asked if we provided weekend careAfter several attempts to contact Mrs [redacted] , then contacted [redacted] Per our conversation, on August 25, 2015, [redacted] stated that the child had been enrolled into another program and that they could not afford bothHe stated that he was not aware that his wife had signed a contractUpon my explaining to him the expected fees that were due, he then mentioned a tic that was on the child a few weeks priorThe mother casually brought this to my attention on the morning of August 5, I explained that the playground was in a wooded area and it was possibleShe said that she understood and the child continued to attend the programWe are not aware of any other problem or concernsNo other complaints have been brought to our attentionWe run a quality childcare business and we will continue to pursue legal action concerning this negligent customer Nkenge R***

We pulled our child from the daycare immediately after finding a serious health concernThe business clearly doesn't comprehend the gravity of this kind of issue and seems to be making the entire matter personal and not about our child's well being.
