Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,We are in receipt of your letter dated February 2, complaint by *** ***We have been and are in contact with this customerFor reasons we tried to explain to the customer we have not been able to ship the material they orderedThe delivery was planned for
January, but again we faced a delayWe do our best to get Msand Mr*** the ordered materialWe apologized to the customers and appreciate their patience

This complaint was forwarded to me. There is no Rastra Inc. and [redacted] is or was not an owner, manager, or employee of any Rastra Inc. However there was a Rastra Engineering, Inc. and  I have been director acting now acting as Trustee  after the company has been dissolved in April,...

2014. At this point all unfinished business has been transferred to another entity which has taken on to finalize all outstanding orders. As I have seen the payments of [redacted] have been directed to the new organization. Unfortunately setting up new licenses and transferring of orders has taken somewhat longer than expected. But [redacted] will receive his product shortly. Regarding the transport issues I do not see any problem to use his own agent, but I am not aware of any dispute.
