Hired company to fix rodent problem in my attic. He came out and charged a total of $1274.95, the problem is still not solved. He came back out and said there is nothing else he can do to find the solution. The work he did was so terrible that I had to hire someone to fix it and it also cost me more money as he damaged my screens with the product he used. I have photos of his work and I was told to make a complaint to you as it is totally unacceptable. When I called him to fix what he did he state it is what it is.

Billing Adjustment I would like a refund of his work as I have now hired another company to do the job. Not only did he do a horrible job but 3 other companies came out and could not believe the quality of work he did and they found 4 other openings to my house that he did not find. Also they said he double charged me for what he did.
I am working with this company to resolve my issue. Please close this case, thank you very much for your assistance
