Ratchet and Skank

I placed an order in December for a Christmas gift My card was charged but I never received my items, order #*** I contacted the company via email which they responded to me that the package was lost in the mail and that they would resend the items I responded saying that it was for a Christmas gift and I no longer need them since it was now January and to please credit back my card for the $ It is now the end of March and I have yet to receive either the items I ordered or a credit back to my card This is completely unacceptable!
