Rathbone Mansions

Review: I used Bookit to reserve a hotel room from September 27th to the night of October 1st, a total of 4 nights. We went off the descriptions and pictures posted on the web site as to what type of room we would be staying in. Arriving late Friday we were given a note at the door with a key to room #10. This room was under the stairs in the back of the building, a basement. It was not clean, had mold along the bottom of the shower, two holes in the shower and so small you hit your head ducking under the TV to get to the second bed. After talking to the office in the morning where I asked for another room like on the website I was told they were sold out and there would be no refunds if I left. I tried to work with Bookit, they called the hotel and sent emails and was told by them, no refund and don't care if they leave. I had to pay for another more expensive room just to get a place to sleep. This was a case of bait and switch.Desired Settlement: I want a refund, #10 room did not look like anything on the website. It is a case for false advertising.
