Was forced to sign a hand written agreement in order to get a partial refund of $cash

I purchased a engine on 2/16/I was told that it was a good engine
Purchase date 2/16/I drove a car rental to this location to buy an engine for my vanI was sold a locked up engineI called on 3/23/to let them know after my brother finally put engine in my van, he found out that the enhine they sold me was locked up and would not turnI requested my money backThey told me on 3/26/that they were going to get another engine for me and have it ready on 3/29/2018, today is the 29th and all I was told that I have to wait another week for another engineI just want my money back so I can go someplace else to get a working engine
