being his engine.  We looked them up and gave him an estimate and he agreed and we went ahead and replaced it.  Then we replaced the engine and returned to the customer's house.  After we get a call back about it leaking from the axles which yet we never touched them or had to do anything with when replacing the engine.  So we picked it up again and found out the engine we got from a company was the wrong one and bad heads in it.  So we went through weeks trying to get ahold of the company and trying to get them to return things to us.  So by that time we took it upon ourselves to be as professional with the customer and his wife about what was going on and told them we would pay for them a rental car for $200, while we were getting everything cleared.  After the rental days were up, we let them borrow a car we are trying to sell so they had a vehicle.  Not Many companies will do that for anyone at all.  From how we see it and know you usually have to figure that out yourself.  All the work that was being done again was being warrantied out at our cost.  So we bought a new engine replaced it and everything was running right.  We had discussed with Jeremy and his wife that we would pay for the detailing on cleaning their vehicle, but with everything that we were out of pocket that did not need to be on an invoice, we don't feel we should pay the difference when it was all under warranty.  Thank YouRatholland Towing & Automotive[redacted]
