Ratliff Contracting completed a roof removal and replacement for us from an insurance claim. As others noted, they worked seamlessly with the insurance company, completely reducing our stress level. The job was completed in less than two days. They arrived exactly when they said they would, with the work quality and cleanup both being great. This is a top notch company that I would recommend to anyone. I have to say this is, hands-down, the best experience that I’ve had when dealing with a home repair/improvement company. We used Ratliff Contracting to replace our roof, gutters, and sky lights. They were amazing! Philip and Brian took the time to explain everything that needed to be done and every adjustment that needed to be made. Philip made himself available whenever we needed him. He was instrumental in working with our insurance company to get as much covered as possible - which was no easy feat! By stepping in as my advocate, Philip alleviated a lot of my stress throughout the whole process which I cannot put a price on. They were able to complete the project within two days, they were professional, incredibly communicative, and just all around great to work with. Quality of product, follow through of conversations, explanations of scope, quality of workmanship, personable, got in did the job efficiently. And did the job with no cost overruns.
That is a 10 out of 10. And if my kids were to read this, they would say; yea, and now comes the "but"... And they would be wrong!

Great servicce. I had new gutters installed around my house and downspouts to help control water around the foundation. They come to your house and discuss and evaluate what you need. Then throughout the project Ratliff kept me informed of when they were coming to work on the gutters and what they were doing, very professional. Overall, they did a great job and highly recommend.

Great job. Arrived on time (7;00 .M.) and did a 40 square tear-off and replacement in one day. Crew was amazing to watch as they were really professional in every phase of the job. Finished and did great clean-up before leaving.

I was getting drops of water along where a patio roof attaches to the house during hard rains. I had Ratliff Contracting come out to take a look. The Owner Brian Ratliff and the Sales Manager David came out to my home. I also had them take a look at my entire roof because I had some suspicion about the contractor that actually installed the roof that he may have cut corners. They found that the flashing between the Patio Roof and House was not high enough nor did it go out far enough on the roof. Also the caulking did not even match the color of my house and there were many nail head where it had come off. On the main roof they discovered the Ring around the vent stack was the old one and just reused by them. I had them fix it all. They provided pictures of the areas that needed addressed. They sent the guy who does that work and from what I can see from the ground and the pictures they took to show me it all looked good. I would not hesitate to hire this company for any roofing, gutter, or Downspout issue including total replacement.

Ratliff completed our entire 39 square roofing tear off and replacement in one day! Great crew and workmanship plus 2 Ratliff supervisors and the company owner visited the work site three times during the day to make sure every detail was completed well. This contractor is highly recommended and Phil C (supervisor) gets our highest accolades for coordinating a well done job!

This company is tops. They did everything they said they would do, when they said they would. Prompt, professional service at a reasonable price. Can't ask for more than that.

Very professional. David took his time in checking all items and even sent pictures of all items in question. Work was done in a timely manner and with a small crew. Even worked around our church schedule so not to interrupt church services!

Very professional company. Very happy with the new roof. Brian and Dave explained everything before work was started. After the work was complete they did a thorough inspection, even going into the attic to make sure everything was right. Would gladly use them again. Highly recommended.

The Ratliff Contracting team was very professional and completed our roofing work in time. Although it was cold winter, they arrived on time and completed the work within a day. Both Brian and Danielle have been very courteous and have provided prompt answers to all the questions we had. Hopefully, with the warranty we have from Owens Corning via Ratliff Contracting, we don't' have to call them again, but both Brian and Danielle has made us rest assured that they are there to help if anything comes up. We wish them success.

What a terrific experience....we knew it was time for a new roof. Brian and his crew dealt with my husband and me in a professional, honest way. Their personal work ethic is well above what code requires of roofers. They explained the process clearly and concisely, such that we knew exactly what we were getting both in product and service.
This is our second experience with Ratliff Contracting and the results have been nothing short of stellar!!
