We hired Liberty Moving & Storage after researching and contacting several moving companies It had been years since we last moved so we were apprehensive about hiring a mover especially after reading reports of other companies demanding more money on moving day We decided to go with Liberty based on the professionalism of MrW [redacted] and the company's Revdex.com rating and we were not disappointed Three young men arrived on time on moving day They were polite, courteous, accommodating and addressed us on a professional level Even with a nearly full moving truck, they kept asking if there was anything else we needed moved When we arrived at our new house, they told us they would re-arrange our furniture to our satisfaction if we didn't like the placement The company was on target with their estimate of cost and moving time I have already recommended Liberty Movers to a friend!

I cannot say enough good things about Liberty Moving and Storage They were professional, efficient and accommodating When Wayne came for the initial estimate, he offered suggestions on how to save time and money The crew was courteous and respectful always clarifying and asking if there was anything more they could do We had a morning closing on our new house and they even offered to arrive that same afternoon and set up beds so we could sleep in our own beds that same night, which they did! Best of all, they beat their own quote It was a pleasure to work with Liberty Moving and Storage

The estimator for Liberty Moving & Storage was knowledgeable and pretty accurate about costing my recent moveThe move took three (3) days and seemed to be efficient enough for the first two daysNot all of the items that were going to be moved were originally packed and had to be added to the loadOn the third day the load was delivered to my new addressSome of the boxes had vague descriptions and were not delivered to their proper locationIt took several days to locate key items that had been stuffed into the bottom of clothes boxesI had requested that my desk and organizer be put into the master bedroomThe 'head' mover refused to move these items saying that they would not fit thru the bedroom door (desk is 27" and the opening is 32") and did not want to disassemble these itemsHe refused to move the desk and organizerMy daughter (who is 53) and myself (@ 73) were able to place the items in the master bedroomI am not happy with the "head" movers attitude toward the end of the moveHe appeared to be expecting a tip for his services which he did not get!

One of the items I paid this company to move out, store, and move in, was a 50" plasma TV While my items were being moved into my new home, we were told the TV was not on the truck Towards the end of the move, I was informed that the TV was found on the truck The TV was moved into my basement still in the protective packaging that the movers put it in when it was taken from my home The movers left without un packing it and when I un packed it, I found the TV screen totally smashed and beyond repair I also paid extra for additional insurance during the moving and storage of my items I bought this TV new in for $ I requested $in my claim form as that was the cost of a comparable replacement I was given a check for $which cannot even come close to replacing a quality TV of this size I would like the $I requested in my claim instead of the $ When I called to complain, I was told that I didn't have "replacement" insurance This is not fair Th

I hired the company to move me from Sharon, MA to Foxboro, MAThe problems began when the crew showed upThis was a big moveWe had a big home with lots of furnitureThe company sent a crew of year oldsNo adult supervisionAnd it pshowedThe company claimed the crew were “adults” but the acted like childrenThe foreman had no control over his two crew membersAt on point the “foreman” got into a half hour profanity laced screaming match with one of his crew in out front yardIt was not even amKids were at the bus stop as the F-bombs flew loud and clearI finally had to ask the foreman if he could handle his out of control employeeHe said he could but he clearly could notHe was not mature enough to fix the problemFinally, with my neighbors looking on in shock and disgust at the language and screaming going on in my yard in earshot of their grade schoolers, I had to step in and tell the unruly company employee to stop his behavior or leave my premisesMy inte
