The electric bike came with a lithium ion battery that won’t turn on. Rendering my e bike a regular mountain bike. They need to replace this and do right by the customer. Countless emails, and very little concern to do anything.

P.S. a call from an engineer will not solve a faulty product.

So I've recently purchased this very expensive bike and it lasted me only two days. For one, it advertised it could span up to 50 miles just with the throttle alone and I barely get home with more than half of my battery gone, not to mention that their tires were very defective and became flat after two back and forth ways to my work. On top of this, they've been slow to respond to my emails and right now I'm very tired of this back and forth with no results coming into play.
