This is unacceptable since I paid all invoices and tried calling Raul C*** for months about a delivery of the table I have emails proving that they never responded to my many attempts to contact them My point of contact was their employee Pamela S***, she said that they couldn't find a freight company to deliver the table for the cost they charged me and that she would be in contact with me when she did find one, which she never did At that point I started to email her once a week for several weeks and call her cell everyday leaving messages to no avail I was forced to call her from a phone other than my business phone since she was ignoring my calls, figuring that she was screening on caller ID When I called her from another phone she immediately picked up and said to stop harrassing her and that she no longer worked for Raul C*** Raul C***'s office number never picks up their business phone which is why I had to resort to calling the employees cell phone This is the 2nd employee during this process that I was in contact with that quit or dissappeared Raul C*** also has no place of known address The showroom I originally visited back in April and purchased that table from closed down and I was told by the building manager that they evacuated over the summer shortly after taking my money I find this very odd and this is precisely why I have been put in a desparate situation I can not and will not trust them after months of me chasing them and STILL no one has had the decency from their company to call me After I started having troubles with Raul C*** I started to Google that company and found many warnings online about this company ripping consumers off Please help me prevent other people from losing out on money I am a small business and these types of losses are detrimental and put me out of business Regards,*** ***
