Raul's Mexican Food

I went onto the restaurants direct website to order dinner by delivery. The restaurant uses Menufy for online ordering. I placed the order at 7:44 pm On Tuesday May 5, 2020. I received a text message saying that my order would be delivered by Door Dash between X:XX-X:XX pm. At 8:49 pm, I received a text message from the driver saying that they were still waiting at the restaurant Then at 9:21 pm I texted the driver to ask for an ETA. Driver said they were sorry, still waiting at the restaurant. I finally received the order at approximately 9:50 pm. The order was incorrect. They put cheese on an order that I specifically asked them not to since my daughter is allergic to dairy, so needless to say,my daughter didn't eat. All 3 combination meals came with all beans, no rice. I called the restaurant and spoke to ***. She apologized in saying that their system went down and they were very backed up. She asked me to call back the following day at 12:30 pm to get a refund. So I just called and tried talking to who I think was the owner. He was extremely rude, talked over me, said I needed to deal with Door Dash, and hung up on me. I called back to try and solve the problem, and he hung on me again, a total of 5 times.
