Doctors of Hair and NuMale Medical are not a franchise HIPPA regulations prevent me from making any specific comments however in general terms when a patient agrees to treatments with us we will typically schedule the initial treatment along with all follow up appointments at the onset If the patient is not able to or does not have the ability to do so it is up to them to call back and schedule those appointment We are unclear to what the nature of this complaint is, if the individual is wanting to come in to have heir additional procedures done they need to call the office to schedule

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] Regards, [redacted] ***

NuMale medical will always choose to honor the agreements that any patient signs when they choose to join us NuMale medical has never made any claims of guarantee on outcome on any service it offers In all of our consents that any patient that chooses to join us for service signs clearly states that there are not any guarantees and there are not any cancellations or refunds given We offer a therapeutic treatments that have been shown over time to restore penis muscle tissue When a patient does not follow the program fully how can you expect to see any improvement The ad the individual is referencing to for the $exam says that if you do not see results during the exam then the exam is free

Let it be known by the patient forcing this matter to the Revdex.com the patient has waived his right to HIPPA privacy and allowed his medical records to be made public record in the response and defense of the statements made against NuMale Medical.Any individual that comes in to one of NuMale's offices as a new patient much complete the initial exam This is explain over the phone when someone calls to book a consultation, on our website and again in writing that is signed by said patient before we will see them After the exam process that takes between and min it is then determined if a patient is a candidate for any of our therapeutic programs If a patient is determined to be a candidate the options and program are explained to them both verbally and in writing that the sign for This individual was called on a Wednesday as he was told he would be and then sent a follow up email when he was not reached as he admits to He then called us back the following day and less than hours later we were able to speak to him again He understood that the treatments he had ordered had come in on Wednesday as he had been told and that he just needed to come in to pick them up This was reiterated to him again when we spoke to him on Friday, business days later we receive a complaint from the Revdex.comWe have acted in accordance to what we said we would do and made ourselves, clinic and services available to the patient that admits that we communicated with him on the day requested The statements made by this individual do not represent the facts as they have happened and we have written documentation showing that he has received the initial exam, he was informed of what the $was included and they he fully understood and agreed to the terms of the treatment plans he was joining us for The patient over the phone admits that he was upset when he wrote this review and may have misspoke We consider the statements made to be both false, inflammatory and liable

NuMale medical does not offer any services as described by the individual making this complainant. Any treatments that are offered are based on a length of time and have nothing to do with any set amounts of medications. If a patient uses the treatments as prescribed for him by a
provider he will receive all of the required treatments he will need for the time he joins us as a patient. If a patient chooses not to follow the medical directions he was given and use the treatments less that prescribed then he would receive less medications in that same time because of less usage and nothing more would be due as the membership to the office is the same

The company representative said I misspoke, I said the $treatment was completed but not explained to me properly (consultation)I was told my comments were libelous and not truthful which is untrue and made me feel like I was being somewhat intimidated or verbally overriddenI was told there is no way possible I could get a refund and would have to accept the lossHopefully this isn’t true and I would like to continue seeking the refund process if possible.Regards,

The term of contact has expired and we will be happy to continue to treat the individual if he wished to join our program again.  The terms of the treatments were clear in the agreements and we did not waiver from them.  This individual was also informed that he would not achieve optimal results unless he brought his other known medical conditions under control. As this contract has expired we consider the matter closed.

When a patient chooses to join us for treatment the agree that they understand that there are not any cancellations or refunds given as the medications and treatments are custom compounded for them.  Some of the treatments are also controlled substances and registered with DEA in the patients name.  We will choose to honor and abide by the terms and conditions that were agreed to in the contract that would be signed by any patient that chooses to join us and make our office, staff and services available to the patient.  We consider the matter closed.
