We deeply apologize for this unfortunate incident. A new employee recently joined the organization and published the listing without knowing the desired rental amount. The property owner is responsible for providing and determining the rental rate. The system contained the...

"Previous" rental rate of $1275.00. The property owner specified a rental rate of 1525.00.Upon receiving the inquiry, the listing was immediately pulled (Same Day).  We offered to "Hand deliver the application fee amount of $100.00". We have taken this matter seriously and will be improving our training practices and system controls to ensure this error is not repeated. We did not run the applicants application and have fully refunded the application fee, and have extended our sincerest apologies for the mistake.

I am rejecting this response because: Hello Rave There were no damages to the unit as I had it professionally clean. There was a smell from dead rodents that infest the property and dies and tried to escape when the power was off.  you failed to provide receipts for any work and ripped me off. Rave practices poor business practices and is corrupt, They cut corners and are tru slum lords I never once renwed my lease. and I have always been ashamed of the slum properties you rent. the rodents, roaches, incompetent handymen and rude employees at the office that have given up on any professionalism,  My front door was crooked and huge gapps for air to escape. It took years for the incometant rave to fix the door to be able to lock.  When I moved in I made a agreement with the property manager Marcy in regards to the parking. and Rave brooks its agreement when the neighbor wanted more space and the cops were called when the irrate neighbor blocked me in or I was blocked in after parking legally. Rave has no concern for complaints bout neighbor complaint and is totally unprofessional and incompetent. All the contractor are the cheapest and dumbest shade tree guys. The property are all out of code and need to be inspected. The electric was shared in different circuits with the neighbors. Rave has no business being being open for they are a complete failure for the customers, the owners and the properties they rent are a hazard to the public. shut down the slum lords. Thanks
