Rave Review Tickets

Review: I ordered Paul McCartney concert tickets back in April. The confirmation email stated that tickets would be delivered by May 22. I sent an email to the email address that was listed on the confirmation email. The email came back undeliverable. I tried calling the two numbers listed on the website and no answer. I would like to receive a refund or get the tickets.Desired Settlement: Desired outcome would be to receive the tickets acquired but it not, then a refund would be the appropriate next step.

after reviewing the complaint and pulling the paperwork, it appears we did in fact upload the seats to the website on 5-7-13, two weeks prior to the anticipated delivery date

if you can refer to the notes on the attached order, the customer was finally able to reach the website, and it seems like it was a issue with the customer being able to acess the file or somthing of a techincal nature, but it appears they got is fixed and the tickets were delivered tot he customer on 6-17-13

Review: I bought tickets from an agent who misleads you to think that the website is the Official [redacted] Website. this is the first link when [redacted] is googled;

I honestly thought that was buying from the theater and did not know it was an agent until the tickets were delivered today. For the price that I payed, I could have had much better seats on the correct website. They should not be allowed to advertise in that nature.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded and I will return the tickets so I can buy directly from the [redacted].

thank you for the reminder that I did not respond to this complaint, I had it archived to follow up, but the holidays, as with most retail merchants, is a very busy time of year.

the website the customer ordered from is a broker website, it makes no claims to be anything but that. the name of the site is " official online tickets.com" and does NOT claim to be the wesbite for the [redacted]. we did NOT solicte this customer to use our site they chose to.

if the customer wanted to buy seats from the box office, they need to go to [redacted] which is the site that is mentioned on the print advertisement and tv commerical for the show.

had the customer read the terms and policies of the before they finalzied the order, all the information about pricing, secondary market etc is explianed in great detail. they are REQUIRE to acknowledge the terms and policies BEFRE an order is placed. this is the current standard and requirement of all legitimate e-commerce web sites.

please understand, we do NOT want anyone to order from our site that does not want to, and they do have the option to " opt out" of the sale AFTER reading the terms and conditions, and , as with all ticket sales, regardless of point of purchase, ALL SALES ARE FINAL
