I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find the resolution is satisfactory to me

This is a simple matter of Extortion by Defamation of character and libelOur visible and posted policy, is we do not grant refunds for services renderedTraining courses are paid for on or before the start of classDuring the training session the client was asked times if she was on board and
in agreement with our training program, and each time she responded affirmativelyShe paid for the training course at the end of the 1/first session and set the appointment for the second classNever once did she complain about any thing we didShe admitted in her own words, in writing via E-Mail, "I know we have a contract"She availed herself of our time, services, expertise, proprietary training techniques and our training documents She then threatened to let everyone know on social media what a bad business man I amShe then launched a campaign of malicious, flagrant and irresponsible accusations against us on our Face Book site We never kicked her dog, we never traumatized her dog, in fact her dog sat quietly, calmly and relaxed at my side during the entire sessionHer relentless assault on our integrity only ended when I responded, We didn't traumatize your dog, but, now I am traumatized by your bulling She had ample opportunity to sever the relationship but opted to continue and never once sated any disapprovalWe have to rely on clients dealing in good faith, however, she misled us into delivering all of our intellectual and material assets" and at the end of the 21/hour session agreed to Pay the non-refundable fee for the entire course and set the appointment for the second session Based on all the damage we have incurred by her wrath, We are no mind to refund anythingThe only thing I will agree to: is if she takes down every comment she made about us on Face Book, Google and every existing Site in perpetuity, and returns all of our materials and copies; then and only then would we refund $for the two remaining sessionsThe two remaining session are each 1/hour longWe invest all our time in the first session to orientate the client to the process and then send them home with their first set of training commands
