ReComplaint On the morning of Monday 7-13-we arrived at ourfacility to find Ms [redacted] vehicle as scheduledThe keys were dropped inthe night dropI then called Ms [redacted] phone at 8:06AM and left amessage for her to call ASAPI called once more at 10: AM and left the samemessageAt 12:PM; I texted Ms [redacted] with the following message“I have left messages today for you to callme in regards to your truckI am sending this message in hopes it will reachyou soonWe need to discuss your recent comments about seeking legal counseland / or Revdex.com complaintIt is imperative you contact meASAPNo work will be performed on your vehicle until I speak with youdirectly.” Later on that afternoon after 4: oo PM Ms [redacted] called meI asked her if she had an attorney or any complaints filed with theRevdex.comShe responded “no”Note: These arefair questions because it would be necessary to speak directly with herattorney and/or have copies of any formal complaints (Revdex.com) I stated before any work could be performedI require you (Ms [redacted] ) to write down your complaint in order to formallydocument the details of the complaintI went on to state this was necessarybecause she threatened us earlier with legal actionI even suggested simplywriting the complaint in or lines sign and date itIt was also stated thisaction (documentation) would serve as protection for all parties involved and wewill move forward immediately with the repair upon receiving the requesteddocumentation At no time did I declineto repair her vehicle if she filed any Revdex.com complaints or legal actionsI diddecline to work on the truck when she failed to formally document hercomplaint RavenAuto Body takes pride in the work we produceWe stand behind every vehicle werepair 100%This is a very minor repairIf Ms [redacted] would document hercomplaint, we would be delighted to work with her to resolve any complaints shehas now or in the future.Rental car: Raven Auto Body will not pay for a rental carfor this reason: Ms [redacted] may recall, but failed to mention in her Revdex.comcomplaint, she received many value added items at no extra chargeItemsinclude: Sport bumpers, face bar, mounting hardware, sport grille with mountinghardware and installation of fog lamps including in dash wiring, plusadditional labor for installation and extra paint laborIf you are wondering why we would do all ofthese extras for somebody that walked in off the street? Truth is we would notdo this for just anybodyOnce again Ms [redacted] failed to mention anagreement we haveIt seems that she works for a local auto parts store nearour shopI offered to compensate Ms [redacted] with value added items for herendorsementI recognized she is in a very good position to promote Raven AutoBody due to her long term employment in the local ( [redacted] ***) automotivecommunityIt appears that Ms [redacted] is in breach of our agreementItalmost appears that Ms [redacted] is attempting to use her position in theautomotive community to possibly gain more value added items such as a rentalcarWe wonder what will be next, discrediting our reputationIt has alwaysbeen Raven Auto Body’s position to be honest and trustworthyWe intend toprotect our interest and reputation with whatever legal remedies are availableby lawPlease note all agreements, office visits, phone records, partsinvoices and conversations were legally recordedBest regards, [redacted] Raven Auto Body

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:First, I NEVER asked for any extra value added items! It was Mr [redacted] who, after finding out where I worked, offered this in order to get my business I told him of the estimate I had received from MAACO and it was he, Mr [redacted] , who offered these items at no extra cost for the same price as the MAACO estimate NEVER, was there an agreement for my endorsement That is completely false, and in fact, a flat out lie!!! And in NO WAY, am I attempting to use my position to gain anything from Mr [redacted] or Raven Auto!! The paint is chipping off both driver and passenger side of my truck it started only months after Raven Auto painted it This is now the SECOND time I have to bring my truck back to Raven's Auto in order to have the paint job corrected And again, I am not only expected to be inconvenienced for TWO days, but I am suppose to pay more money for a rental in order for Raven Auto to corrected the poorly done paint job again???!!! REALLY????!!!!Regards, [redacted]
