Raven construction put a lien on my house after I paid in full I have received no reasons why I owe him more than the amount we agreed and I paid
I signed a contract with Raven construction to remove and rebuild my front porch roof on 10/22/ I paid half of the amount due via PayPal per our agreement On 11/02/I paid the second amount even though I am not 100% satisfied with the work He still has not finished the banister around my porch roof I paid only because he and his subcontractor sent numerous text messages and phone calls Raven construction stated I owed a convenience fee for using PayPal There is nothing in the contract about a convenience fee I have paid Raven construction all of the agreed upon charges
