start issue happening againWe sent out a tow truck at our costs to pick his truck up from his homeTruck was brought back to our shopOnce we began the second diagnostic on why it had a no start again, we found that a aftermarket fuel filter system was installed in the engine bay and had the fuel supply lines kinkedWith the kinked lines, it caused a fuel starvation and cavitation to the injection pump causing the second no startWe repaired the fuel lines and re installed the aftermarket fuel filter system he installed and got the customers vehicle to start up every time againNo issues presentShortly after this, we did move facility locationsDuring the move, we unfortunately misplaced ***'s keys to his truckWe gladly replaced his ignition switch and keys with brand new unitsAfter this, the customer's truck was ready to go*** was contacted and he picked up his truck from our repair facilityAll complaints and requests from the customer have been resolved accordingly and at no expense to the customer
