I purchased a watch during Feb 2018. I sent the watch in for repair during Dec 2019 because it stopped working. The watch was covered under warranty. The "repaired" watch was sent Feb 2020. I've worn it less than a week and it is broken again. Clearly I have been given a defective product. I deserve a full refund and the owner refuses to honor this.
