The state of Ohio allows manufacturers to define what their case will be. We chose to define bottles as a case of wine with a 10% discount to offer our customers a more economical option than having to purchase bottles to get the discountIndustry standard bottles are ml, we do
however state that our Ice Wine and Chantilly Lace are ml bottlesMrS*** was only charged for bottles with a 10% discount. Our website clearly states on all case options that our case is bottles. If MrS*** would like to return the items, we will be happy to refund his money
