I ordered belts on 2/5/(order# ***)Received the belts on 4/9/Both belts started to fail and sent email to Slidebelts support on 4/19/requesting a remedyReceived what appeared to be an automated acknowledgement # *** on 4/19/On 4/21/I replied that belt is now totally unusable and would like to return both belts for a full refundSlidebelts support has of this date not responded to return request

I ordered a slide belt and slide belt holder on Nov 29th, I was suppose to receive the belt and holder within to business days It is now Dec and I have received nothing I have called and emailed numerous times and have not received any type of replies When I called I get the same message, I leave my info every time and never get a call back I have never received an answer to any of my emails

The fire striker on my $Survival belt broke the first time I tried to use it I called the company on separate occasions, every time was addressed with a canned voice mail saying they would return my call I never once have received a return call Reached out on Twitter, left my address and contact information there twice, and the only response I got was a message saying that they have tried to contact me, which is not true, I have never been contacted once by them It has been months now

Have not received product or contact from company, although my payment went through!
-Companies online order status page said no order found
-Emailed company over weeks ago about status, no response
-Opened a case with company week ago, no response
-Contacted them via *** Trusted Store, waiting on response
-Contacted them via *** complaint, waiting on a response
Over a week for a response is unacceptable...all I wanted was my product as paid for or an email with an estimation, now I just want my money back

Ordered a brown belt and a black belt and two bucklesReceived two buckles and two black beltsI have no need for two identical belts and would like to receive the item I ordered and PAID forHas been three weeks since I notified them of THEIR mistake and have had no contact other than auto-generated emailsNOTHING!!! This all started two months ago and waited for items weeks longer than originally anticipatedHave had to purchase a belt locally as I really didn't even need a black one, but thought I would order at the same time to save a little on shipping This company really should not be allowed to continue to take peoples hard earned dollars without providing the service/product advertised

The belt buckle broke within the year warranty period I went to the website and followed the instructions for dealing with warranty issues (email their support address) I have sent three emails, none of which have been responded to The automated response says Happy Holidays This is two months after Christmas (almost 3) It seems pretty obvious that they are not being attentive to customer service needs

Absolutely terrible delivery turn-around Customers can expect a wait time of up to month or longer for their item to be shipped SlideBelts offers no discount for the extended wait, are hard to get a hold of and does not inform customers of delivery length until after the order has been made

Purchased a slide belt in September - had problems with the belt and contacted the company via email - was told they would send a replacement belt - original order had an incorrect address that was corrected prior to shipping - the replacement belt was sent to the original bad address and returned by USPS due to the address - I have emailed and called the company regarding the issue but receive no response from them regarding this

This company sold me a belt for close to $ It took two months to arrive The day I received it, I wore it once and the buckle broke I have been calling and emailing ever since and they do not respond

I purchased two of Slidebelts full grain leather belts along with two buckles on 11/28/
One of the buckles has brokenIt is their winged black buckle (black with the small logo on it)
I contacted them in an attempt to get it fixed or a replacement?

Timely delivery, Have not sized the belt and buckle yet

Bought a slidebelt and buckle in May of The buckle fell apart last month phone calls and emails are un-returned so far My attempts to contact are met with 'we are really busy so leave your name, order number and phone number and we'll call you' messages Nothing so far Warranty is one year....but not sure which one I guess Need a fix here and need it faster than so far
