I decided to purchase a pair of leg wraps and fluffies from RaveReady during the Black Friday/Cyber Monday weekend (11/29/14)I was told that it would take 3-days for processing and 2-business days to shipThis means that I should have received my product at the very latest within daysThis was not the case After waiting about business days (12/8/14), I decided to call RaveReady to see when my products would shipAfter calling six times and receiving no answer, I decided to give up on that means of communicationI went to Facebook and posted a message on their timeline to see if they would respondEventually the post was either taken down or moved to where I could not find it, so I private messaged the company instead and this was their response: "Hey [redacted] , Everyone is busy in the warehouse getting everything shipped before the holidays, your package included We have not charged your card, and won't until your order actually leaves our warehouse - which is scheduled for Thursday-ish of this week Sorry for the delay, but Black Friday and Cyber Monday really slow everything down a little - but rest assured your package is going out this week" I was satisfied with this response and waited until Friday (12/12/14) to receive a shipping notification emailAfter receiving no such email on Friday, I decided to try to call the company againAfter calling times and getting no answer, I tried messaging them on Facebook againI told them that I would report them to the Revdex.com and dispute the charge on my credit card if I did not hear back from them by Monday They replied saying that my order was cancelled (but sending me no official email with such confirmation) and the sent me a link to a video which states that the Revdex.com sells its gradesI felt that it was very unprofessional of them to respond in this way, but I told them thank you for the information and requested again that they send me official cancellation documentationI never received such an email with confirmation of cancellation and so I called my credit card company who then removed the pending charge from my account

I've ordered from them at least a dozen times with no major problems They have the best fluffies in the world! One time they did forget to send me a pair of wrist cuffs but I just emailed them and they took care of it quicker than I expected them to

Their customer service is non-existent. They provide a number to call but you always get a message saying all agents are busy with other customers and then they say to call later. Doesn't matter what time you call, you always end up with the same message. They provide an email but if you email them your order gets bumped to the back of the line for some reason. My credit card was charged immediately when the website specifically stated it wouldn't. Don't even get me started on the order itself.

After waiting about 6 business days (12/8/14), I decided to call RaveReady to see when my products would ship. After calling six times and receiving no answer, I decided to give up on that means of communication. I went to Facebook and posted a message on their timeline to see if they would respond. Eventually the post was either taken down or moved to where I could not find it, so I private messaged the company instead and this was their response:

"Hey [redacted],
