Very Early String Replacement (Less than 40 shots)
Purchased new Ravin R10 crossbow in November of 2023. The bow was inspected at point of purchase and the string needed to be replaced (September 2024, with less than 40 shots fired). The string replacement cost was $129 plus tax. With that short of string life span I would not recommend this crossbow to anyone.

Customer Service NONE Broken
I had a problem with ordering online thru Ravin Website. The order was processed 4 time. I call customer was placed on hold for over 40 minutes, listened to the worst imageable music. What a joke, 40 minutes, I could have been in my tree stand. Now I'm going to have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Another 40 minutes for that. Again, 40 minutes, more I could have been in my tree stand. God, forbid you have a real problem with your bow.

returned xbow 3 times same problem new out of the box will not ck with electronic cocking device. e-mail keeps coming back undeliverable. over an hour on the phone 3 times each no answer considering legal action own three other ravins never a problem you would think they would take care of their customers very dissapointed

Non responsive to Email or Phone
Sent them an email as I have a whole pack of defective arrows. No response. Emailed again and called. Gave up after 90 minutes of listening to their on hold music.

In September 2019 Ravin offered a $100 rebate on the purchase of an R10 crossbow. I purchased the crossbow on September 27 and my rebate was processed on October 10 2019. An 8-10 week processing time was required before the check would be mailed. I have made four calls to the rebate department and all I am told is 'the rebate has been processed and approved and I should receive the check by the end of the week.' My last call to the rebate center was January 31 2020. It has now been 16 weeks and I still have received no rebate.

We received a letter in the mail today from you stating the Revdex.com of Wisconsin is requesting a response from our company regarding a customer experience dilemma. The complaint ID is: *** (***) and it references our customer *** complaint about advertising issues. The customer claimed that they never received their $100 rebate they were entitled to based off our company advertising the rebate program during the time period of their purchase. The situation is we have a 3rd party vendor named *** that’s located out-of-state that we use to process all rebate claims. This dilemma has been communicated by our sales team to the vendor-*** once again and our team requested the vendor mail out the $100 rebate in an urgent manner if it still has not yet been processed as of today and sent to the customer-***.
