Placed an order for $177 & received NO order confirmation email. Called & left messages during business hours, NO calls back. Four days later I notice that my card was charged, but still no email or calls back from numerous attempts via both email & phone. Finally, 18 days later, I get an order confirmation email, but with an old address they had in their records & not the one entered when placing the order. Immediately sent a reply email (& called leaving message) correcting the address, still no reply. 24 days later, still nothing. Will be contacting my card issuer to get a refund. After checking here at Yelp!, Revdex.com and other web resources, it appears RFW has had issues going back since before 2011. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Review: May 1, 2013 I bought a ACME SUPREME JUICERATOR 6001 online from Amazon. The juicer arrived and I used it. Upon the third use (within a 48 hour period) the juicer reacted violently the top flew off and the unit spun around hitting a mirror and wall while throwing juice everywhere,

I called the shipper and told them what happened. They said they would notify their boss and let me know how to return the juicer. After placing a few more calls to RAW FOOD WORLD over the next few days they told me their boss said I needed to send the juicer manufacturer for warranty coverage and they would NOT return the $224.9 5 I had spent to purchase the juicer nor would they issue a product return label so I could send this one back to them.

I contacted AMAZON and learned their A – Z guarantee will not cover my juicer because RAW FOOD WORLD is a 3rd PARTY SELLER.

I do not believe a company (3rd party or otherwise) should be able to keep a person’s hard earned money and not make good on the purchase. I sent RAW FOOD WORLD $224.95 (thru AMAZON) in good faith of a product worth this investment. Upon learning their delivered product was troubled they laughed all the way to the bank while saying the product was MY PROBLEM. This company was notified within a timely manner of problems with their product. I am sure I am not the only consumer they are taking advantage of.

I want my $224.95 back. It took me many hours of hard work to earn this kind of money. I did not spend it lightly.
