This company should be shut down, they lie to their consumers in reference to product and product availability as well as when orders are shipping and tracking numbers. I placed an order with this company because one of my partners asked me to try their product for my boutique, I agreed to buy a sample order to see the product. I placed the order on Feb 20th paid for it the same day, I never received an email stating the order was processing or payment posted etc, so the next day on the 21st I called the Indianapolis phone number and spoke with a representative at the company. I gave her my information and order number D237 she then asked was the order paid for I said yes, I absolutely love paypal, she advised me to hold on she couldn't find my order, she came back to the phone put me on hold again then came back and said she found it, I asked was everything okay she said yes, my order wasn't coming up for some reason at first, I said okay do you see it now, she said yes, she said to me your payment cleared today you should recieve your order on or before the 5th, I said your schedule shows if I place my order on Wednesday the payment clears on friday order ships on Monday I should have it on Wednesday or something to that affect. Today is the 6th so I email this company and ask for a tracking number, I received an email back stating I should receive tracking information before midnight? I emailed back saying I was suppose to receive my order no later than the 5th, the person emailing wasn't of any help I asked what in the hell is going on, she was more concerned with trying to tell me what I can and can not say because I asked what in the hell is going on? This company has my money and not being honest about whats going on yet want to tell me not to ask what in the hell is going on... I then tell her I need a tracking number for my package now and if they can't produce one to refund my money now, this company chose to bllock me due to their unconcern with customer service, I will upload all the emails between us... Please do not order from this company they are liars and very disrespectful to customer when they've taking your money and don't have the product that you've ordered

If your invoice is cancelled due to non payment you will not be able to invoice again for 90 days. The customer failed to pay her invoice...

and it was cancelled. She emailed and called us and begged that we please allow her to reorder her items. Against our better judgement we allowed this. She made her order on 9/18/2017 and paid on 9/19/2017. She was notified of our processing and shipping times before she placed her order. It is also included on each invoice. I never received a refund till date, you sent me a refund receipt from wix website (also attached) which is not an actual proof of refund as I use the same ecommerce site. you never sent actual POS receipt showing you refunded me. I can thousands of those receipt too and it proofs nothing.

I have attached our conversation before they blocked me from WhatsApp... I NEVER asked for a refund and when I was told a 30% charge applies I told them I do not want a refund. I went further to book a courier to pick up my hair but they refuse to respond to me till date.

I did not receive the hair nor my money the two invoices I paid in full $923 and $1358 (proof also attached) plus $260 refund from my first purchase is still with this scammers

total $2541 is still with this people...… they have block all avenues to communicate with them,.

THE FIRST ATTACHMENT SHOWS A SCREENSHOT which they claim is my proof of refund... what a joke!

but I tell you I will get my money one way or the other, you have no idea what's coming for you.
