Review: Ordered the product on October [redacted]; was sent pre-shipment and tracking info; product never shipped; have been emailing company every two weeks since then--sometimes getting a reply siting various delays, or promised shipment within a week, or no reply at all. Nearly 5 months now! Requested a full refund in January, and have been ignored completely since. Company forces all contact through email, and apparently no way to get passed their one service rep. Unacceptable and bordering on theft.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for my purchase

Review: Placed order for an iPhone 6 Leather skin on [redacted]. I received payment confirmation, but no shipping details nor shipping confirmation. Reached out to customer service twice - first, by contacting [redacted] who sent order confirmation and, second, using the contact form on the website. Have not received a response as of [redacted]. I also reached out to them on their [redacted] page to no avail. I noted that several other customers voiced similar issues on their [redacted] page, specifically that [redacted] is accepting payments and not sending out products.

I filed a claim with [redacted].Desired Settlement: Business stops accepting payments for orders they are not able to fulfill.

Review: I ordered 1x iPhone Suede Skin - iPhone 6 Plus Oct [redacted] 2014. After several(13) emails back and forth I have yet to receive the item. Jan [redacted] 2015 I finally asked to simply have my money returned. As of Feb [redacted] 2015 I have yet to receive my money back or the item.There have been a lot of excuses and run around with nothing being accomplished.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded or the item I purchased.
