Rawhide Construction has a Contract dated 9-13 to Dry Out Mrs. [redacted] wall. This Contract is very clear this service is to Dry Out Only.  Rawhide Construction Completed this on 9-17.

reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

1. I signed an agreement and never received my copy. I want my customer copy.

2. I was told the agreed price of $500 included testing for mold and a certificate of the results. I want the test results and certificate.

3. I was told the price of $500 included caulking cracks in the bottom of the floor (he brought to my attention) after he cut out the drywall. He did barely caulk a couple but not the majority of them. I want Damage Pro to finish caulking the remainder as promised or return my money back.

4. I was told the price of $500 would include replacing the insulation( he said he had extra from a prior job). I want the insulation replaced or my money back.

5. I was told the agreed price of $500 included the rental of two fans and one humidifier for two days. I did receive this service.

6. When I asked for a recommendation on who could replace my drywall and texturize it; he told me Damage Pro would for $350. I did not receive this service, but had not paid.

7. I took off work for a scheduled appointment and he didn't show up nor did he call to cancel.

8. After he picked up his equipment after the second day, I paid him the remaining $250. I had  already paid him the initial $250. After he cashed my checks, he never came back to finish the job.

9. I made numerous attempts to reschedule by leaving voice mails, emails, etc. He did text me twice. Once saying his crew didn't work after 4 p.m. and another stating they didn't work on Saturdays. However, their website states they work 24/7. I want Damage Pro to finish the job or return my money.

Included in his price of $500, he was to spray for mold. He strongly recommended it as he said there were probably mold spores in the wood. He never came back to spray. I took a day off work and he didn’t show up for our appointment. Now I have three walls with the drywall cut out and can’t have the drywall replaced until it is sprayed for mold. Since I’ve already paid for this service, I don’t feel I should have to pay again for someone else to come out and do what I already paid him for.

I have a contract clearly states $500 dollars for Dry Out Only. Dry out was done.As previously mentioned. No Mold authorization signed or agreed. There was no mold visible. All Mold test are done by a third party. As stated by Mrs. [redacted],  She paid her balance withRawhide Construction because all work was complete.  Rawhide construction Retains the right to defend its officers and 30 year reputation in the highest manner according to law.
