I am rejecting this response because this firm acted in error and caused me a lot of stress and worry Their Stipulation of Discontinuance is "without prejudice". That does not clear me I am requesting that the language be changed to "with prejudice" so that I will not have to worry about this mater reoccurring

York City office was in contact with [redacted] and forwarded to her on October 30, 2017 a stipulation of discontinuance after his telephone conversation with her. Mr. F[redacted] stated that when he spoke to [redacted] on the phone, he explained to her that the recent document she received sought relief against other parties and not her company. He advised her at that time he would be forwarding to her theletter and a discontinuance of her company with regards to the matter.Please let me know if you require any additional information in order to close your complaint file.
