I signed up for this "subscription" in May of I was supposed to receive my spices and did not until I emailed them at the end of JuneThey said they would send a replacementI still had not received this and was charged for June's packageI finally received it after yet another email in mid JulyI also will point out I cut off my payments to them before the July payment went throughI still have not received my (paid for) June spices and have sent a few emailsIt is now August 7thThey clearly do not intend to send me anything unless I fight for it or maybe not at all now

We've refunded in full.

I signed up for this "subscription" in May of 2016. I was supposed to receive my 3 spices and did not until I emailed them at the end of June. They said they would send a replacement. I still had not received this and was charged for June's package. I finally received it after yet another email in mid July. I also will point out I cut off my payments to them before the July payment went through. I still have not received my (paid for) June spices and have sent a few emails. It is now August 7th. They clearly do not intend to send me anything unless I fight for it or maybe not at all now.
