There are additional accessories added to the vehicle by the dealership and printed on an addendum sticker which was posted to the side of the Maroney sticker. We will provide a copy of the Maroney sticker along with the copy of the addendum that shows the add-on products.  These items show the total cost of his vehicle. The salesperson involved in this transaction disagrees with the statements made by [redacted] regarding a $1,500 discount. Again, the amount due [redacted] is $211.

  The dealership's offer is unacceptable. First there is no mention of the $1,500 discount agreed to with the salesman, and second  there is no explanation as to why the MSRP (window sticker price) is different than the "pre-sale sheet" the dealership has alluded to but has not provided.  I am attaching a copy of the window sticker showing the $33,007 MSRP.  I am requesting $2,488 which includes the $1,500 discount and the $988 which is the amount the sales price exceeds the MSRP.  In addition to the $2,488 I will be happy to add the $211 to my request for tint the dealer states I was mistakenly charged but did not receive.

The MSRP on [redacted] vehicle was $33,784.  We will make available the pre sale sheet that shows the features and price. Upon further evaluation it is believed there was a charge for tint that was not put on the vehicle. We will refund [redacted] the two hundred and eleven dollars...

that was mistakenly charged.

Thank you for your response. All I was given on time of purchase was a declaration sheet stating "effective date March 1st 2012" of the extended warranty. I have on three separate occasions been to Ray Brant Toyota to discuss the issue in person and have yet to receive the contract. All I have been given is a copy of the declaration sheet stating "effective date March 1st 2012" on row 5 of the document. This document also states the amount of miles and length of time of warranty. I have attached a picture of this document to this message so that you can see it. I need to be shown a copy of the extended warranty contract the dealership is referring to because it does not match the information I have been given.

I bought a 2013 avalone limited from you on 4/16/15. The windshield was cracked & needed to be replaced so I could have it inspected. Dealer said they would have it changed. Being that I live in Lafayette, they would send someone to change it. As it turned out I had to drive all the way to Kenner to have it replaced.Why should I have to drive all the way to Kenner & not even given any gasoline. There is a left front mud guard missing & they said I have to pay for it. Iam greatly disappointed.The salesman Ray [redacted] was extremely helpful.
