Insurance company covered damage to his tab shingle roof and to replace his roof with tab shingles . Mr*** wanted an upgraded metal roof. There is a big difference in price between a tab roof and a metal roofThere was not enough money to get
an metal roof without the homeowner paying out of pockets. We told him we could put it over the existing roof that was not leaking and be able to get him a metal roof or we could give him his money back and take the metal material and he could do whatever he liked. We also told him we would sell him the metal roof material at our cost and he could get someone else to do it He said he wanted an upgraded metal roof and told us to go ahead and do it. Mutiple employees were present when he stated to go ahead and do it. We tried to work with him on this project. After the roof was completed he now is upset after he got what he wanted a metal roof without having to pay more than the insurance proceedshe then sent a threatening email about filing a complaint *** *** and Revdex.com. We attempted to schedule numerous appointments to address the situation and provide the best solution available in order to resolve the issue as soon as possible.  Once we did finally contact the customer and schedule an appointment, they never showed up.  We made...

numerous attempts afterwards also with absolutely no response.  As with any business like ours, the greatest advertising we can have is word of mouth from a satisfied customer. It’s our goal to retain  satisfied customers and will hope to serve them again in the future.

[redacted] was aware that I was available all day everyday on Saturday, Sunday and Monday and home at 2PM Tuesday through Thursday. I only had a missed call from [redacted] once and on that voice message he mentioned he was unable to make it to my house that afternoon. I called and left messages and also texted him several times. Twice he was unable to make it to my home. He had given me a great price and that's why I wanted to work things out and maybe choose a different granite but I've had no repose on his end to repair the situation. At this point, I am requesting a full refund as I am unhappy with the product and I don't feel conformable doing business with his company.

I don't have enough words to express my appreciation for the honest, hard working company that served me from the beginning of the roofing process to the end. the roof damage/assessment, to working with my insurance company to assure the best that could be done. The roofing team worked very hard and fast to give me a quality roof. Brent and Clifford R** and their team are outstanding people who can be trusted with your construction needs. Thank you Ray's for all that you did for me!

This company did a good job on our roof. It only took a couple days, and everything was just as they said it would be. They are friendly too.

Review: I called [redacted] with Ray Brothers at ###-###-#### for an estimate. [redacted] came to my house that evening and he brought some samples of granite. [redacted] told my wife and I that the cost of the tiger skin granite installed including the sink would be $1350 this also included a discount as our neighbors hired him for granite countertops also tiger skin, [redacted] only mention to us that there would be a seam because its prefabricated granite and we were okay with it. We scheduled to have the granite installed on Friday, March 20, 2015 evening. A week prior to the installation I called [redacted] asking if we could change the type of granite to santa [redacted] because our neighbors granite (tiger skin)had yellow spots. [redacted] mentioned it would be an addition amount totaling $1450, we agreed. The installers finished installing the granite at midnight it took them from 5PM - midnight. On Saturday morning we paid a close look and we were not happy to see that the granite had a pattern that we were not made aware of therefore it looks as 2 different kinds of granite. We immediately called [redacted] and he said there was nothing they could do and he mentioned that the granite is prefabricated therefore it looks that way. [redacted] also said we should have chosen a granite with dots and I told him that we would if he would have made us aware. We then did our research and was told by other companies that they should have told us that there was a pattern going each different way. Then we called [redacted] because the granite got stained and [redacted] promised he would stop by and seal it because it was not sealed as promised when installed. We had to call [redacted] a 2nd time as he did not show up and again he promised he would stop by and never did. The black composite sink has visible scratched and looks old which [redacted] said would not wear or stain. A small slab of granite towards the wall is uneven as the installers cut more of one side leaving a big gap. We are not happy with the results and [redacted] has not made an attempt to resolve the issue.Desired Settlement: I am requesting full refund in the amount of $1450 payment issued with check# 465 and cashed on 03/23/2015. We got tired of contacting [redacted] with not solution or visit to resolve the issue. We are unhappy with the quality and customer service as we were only told that there would be a seam and [redacted] indicated where the seam would be but did not disclose any other detail. He also mentioned that they would seal the granite and it was not sealed the sink looks old when he said it would never happen.
