I spoke to [redacted] today and reviewed with her the concerns that she had on the windshield that was installed by an outside vendor on her MINI.  I explained to her that the heated windshield that was installed on her MINI is not a US option.  Customer was in agreement with this...

and I did  advise her that if things were to change in the future, I would reach out to her. 
 
I also apologized to her in regards to the advisor that did not respond to her first phone call. Other than that, she is very pleased with our service center and looks forward to her future visits here.

Review: We brought in the car on Friday the [redacted] to get the car checked for a coolant leak, and since it is under warranty, it should be covered. The car is a MiniCooper HatchBack, 2010 model. It has a 4 year manufactures warranty. The car wasn't fixed properly because the item still leaks AntiFrost coolant. This is about the 3 rd time we bring the car for minor issues and always there is an issue with the repair. It's very frustrating when you have to take time away from work a 2nd time because the first time something was not done correctly. The reason we take the car to this location is because this is the closest to our home to have the car covered under the warranty. The worst thing is that at this location, you never get back the item that is defective as proof that the item was indeed replacedDesired Settlement: I would com[redacted]sation for my time and also the item fixed.

[redacted], service mgr spoke with Mr. [redacted] on Tuesday evening - apologized for his inconvenience. Mr. [redacted] said he went to Prestige MINI to get an oil leak corrected. What the car was here for was an antifreeze leak. [redacted] suggested that going forward MINI of Westchester will pick up his car for service and deliver it when complete. Mr. [redacted]a was very receptive.

The windshield cracked and was replaced with a new one with the heat option in the glass. I accepted the glass and called Westchester Mini for a price quote for labor and parts to add the electrical wiring to the harness and connect the heat plugs so I can use the windshield as intended.

1st answer - $662.00 for the windshield etc. I told [redacted] again, I have the windshield I need a price to add the wiring and connect to the glass.

2nd answer- No Mini Coopers have heated windshields

These cars have had heated windshields for years.

I went over to a local BMW dealer and had the [redacted] look at my car- he said it is a Mini Cooper only windshield and his dealership is only authorized to work on BMW's. He confirmed the windshield would not fit any of the BMW models. He would give me a price if they were allowed to work on it, but they can not. He told me to visit [redacted] in [redacted].

I'm disgusted with the treatment I have received from the dealership I ordered and purchased this car from. I paid full retail for this car and I wanted to continue using them for my maintenance. These guys do not return calls and now [redacted] lied to me. Furious is what I am!

They have charged me 2 times for rotating my tires- that should fall under regular maintenance also. Really shoddy service here. I am furious. Must be just another stupid woman to them, not this one.Desired Settlement: I want this wiring completed and installed and made operational at their expense, and a clean loaner car with gas in it provided during the install.
