Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I made contact with Ray Citte RV (Sherry and Jacob) Service manager who I was supposed to meet with had had an accident and couldn't be there, upon my arrival I was told by Sherry that the parts are still on order but, that is what I have been told for months Jacob, who I believe to be one of the Mechanics had showed me what was done and what was left to do The fact is RAY CITTE RV has had my trailer for weeks almost months almost half of its year warranty I was unable to use it while still making payments on itI still do not have a firm date of when they will get the parts and when the trailer will be done I think any reasonable person would agree that months or more for simple warranty work is just excessive When I talked to the service manager on January 15, he agreed that this was too long and they (the Parts Department) lost the file and the parts never got ordered, the first truth in all of this I believe everytime I called I was told the parts were on order when in fact they were not I don't think I'm unreasonable to ask for an extension of the warranty for the amount of time RAY CITTE RV kept my trailer and I was not able to use it Example if it takes them another month to get the parts and repair the trailer and get it to me, in reality I only got a month warranty with this trailer I have bought Sportsman 5th Wheel Trailers, Nash Trailer, Cardinal 5th Wheel Trailer, Tioga Motor Home, and Winnabago Motorhome over my lifetime and almost everyone of them needing some warranty work, but never have I been lied to by a dealer telling me parts are on order when they were not according to Heartland Bottom line, real simple, repair my trailer and return it to me and adjust my warranty for the amount of time RAY CITTE kept my trailer Sincerely, [redacted]

Ms*** ***, We recognize how frustrating it is to have your RV in the shop during the prime seasonPlease understand we want you on the road using your RV; our goal is and always has been that you have great experiences and that create good memories in your new RV. We want you referring your friends and your family to buy and service their trailers here. It has come to our attention that you believe we neglected you; which was never our intent. Our service department ordered the windows by the unique serial number of your unit and the manufacturer of your trailer shipped us the incorrect windowsIn addition to the windows being the wrong windows, the delivery arrived damagedTo avoid another error like this and to get your situation addressed quickly, we sidestepped the manufacturer and ordered the windows directly from LippertThe direct order was delayed weeks due to a factory shutdown which froze all orders going out of the plant We cannot replace the time it took in order to repair your unit with the factory delaysWe worked diligently with our supply chains to limit the impact to you, our customer. While we did not respond to each of your emails by email; we did maintain constant contact by phone to ensure you were apprised of every step of the process. In addition to maintaining contact with you, we returned your unit with: your propane tanks filled gratis, we included a battery, we provided you with a 7-way plug, we paid half of your deductible and we detailed your trailer inside and outWe extended these courtesies because we understood your frustrations and we do what we can to ensure our customers are happy campersPlease accept our sincerest apologies for the delays in this process and any gaps in communication you believe you did not receive over our multiple phone conversations. Thank you for your consideration in this matter and thank you for being a customer of Ray Citte RV Sincerely Ray Citte RV Ray Citte RV

We are sorry about this bad experience We are aware of the situation and are working with the customer to rectify the problemThe customer is coming in next week to work out any issues. Thanks,Ray Citte RV

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:  I made contact with...

Ray Citte RV (Sherry and Jacob) Service manager who I was supposed to meet with had had an accident and couldn't be there,  upon my arrival I was told by Sherry that the parts are still on order but, that is what I have been told for 5 months.  Jacob, who I believe to be one of the Mechanics had showed me what was done and what was left to do.  The fact is RAY CITTE RV has had my trailer for 19 weeks almost 5 months almost half of its 1 year warranty.  I was unable to use it while still making payments on it. I still do not have a firm date of when they will get the parts and when the trailer will be done.  I think any reasonable person would agree that 5 months or more for simple warranty work is just excessive.  When I talked to the service manager on January 15, 2016 he agreed that this was too long and they (the Parts Department) lost the file and the parts never got ordered, the first truth in all of this I believe.  everytime I called I was told the parts were on order when in fact they were not.  I don't think I'm unreasonable to ask for an extension of the warranty for the amount of time RAY CITTE RV kept my trailer and I was not able to use it.  Example if it takes them another month to get the parts and repair the trailer and get it to me, in reality I only got a 6 month warranty with this trailer.  I have bought 2 Sportsman 5th Wheel Trailers, 1 Nash Trailer, 1 Cardinal 5th Wheel Trailer, 1 Tioga Motor Home, and 1 Winnabago Motorhome over my lifetime and almost everyone of them needing some warranty work, but never have I been lied to by a dealer telling me parts are on order when they were not according to Heartland.  Bottom line, real simple, repair my trailer and return it to me and adjust my warranty for the amount of time RAY CITTE kept my trailer.
Sincerely,
