Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry for the issues you have had. We received this email notification this morning; however, last night the owners had made special arrangements to have the vehicle brought in for evaluation by our service...
team. The vehicle is currently being assessed at our facility. We will certainly do what we can to assist. We are very careful and selective on selling vehicles that have not been through our service department and only agreed to sell it since the buyer is a mechanic and wanted the lowest possible price. However, we certainly will do what we can to help and will see what we can do to assist.

The vehicle has since been looked over and sent to another garage and is being fixed there. We also have a rental vehicle that they provided. Yet we are out the $2100 spent already and no one says this fix is going to take care of the problem and frankly I think we deserve reimbursement for the money we already sank into this vehicle.
