Ray Fazio Painting

I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants a professional painting outfit, ( they may be a bit higher priced than Joe Schmo but you do get what you pay for.) We were smart before hiring a painting contractor, we asked for references, insurance, certificates, compensation certificates, and last but not least pictures of their workOnly Ray Fazio was able to supply allThey painted both the interior and exterior of our home, it came out beautiful, so good in fact that my entire family has been using them exclusively, and two of my neighbors also hired them and were pleased alsoThey just completed my neighbors house in East Hampton NY while the family was on vacation, that is how much we all trust them to do what we contract for and then some

I would not recommend this guy to anyone I hired him to paint my place due to the fact that we could not do it He was suppose to paint all ceilings,walls,trim,moldings,paint the bathroom and closets Fill nail holes, fix cracks and caulk were needed,sand and he was also suppose to paint the base boards And clean up his mess So this is what I got bedroom he painted the walls but left yellow paint over the window moldings Told him a few times never fixed it Base board he painted the top and left the rest yellow and then says I thought we agreed on just the tops Why would I want a yellow and white base board Molding he never bothered to paint they had the wall paint color on them and he was suppose to nail in the one molding and seal it not done Bathroom painted walls left tape so when the tape was pulled off paint came off Then he claims he repainted he didn't cause the old paint was still coming through so I had to repaint the whole bathroom Ceiling I know he didn't touch cause we had put a coat of paint on and never got a chance to paint around the light fixtures it was still the same with the wall paint all over it Base board not touched Living room,Kitchen and Dining room he got paint all over my new cherry wood floors not laminate wood and all over the cabinets in the kitchen,the cherry doors and moldings in the hallway and the light fixturesno moldings done missed spots on the door still had old paint color And lets get to the ceiling What a mess first he told me he could match the textured paint what a joke that was it looked horrible So he said he could do a scrim coat in the hall living room,kitchen and dining areaIt would take days so I agreed Well the cracks did not go away so he put some mess stuff up there and Spackle and left it keep saying he was gonna come back to finish gave me the run around for weeks he always had an excuse So my ceiling are not complete in the living room and kitchen Then he charged me a extra dollars claims he had to repaint all the walls due to the scrim coat Well the kitchen still has little white spots on it and so does some of the living room walls So if he painted all the wall over I would not see any of the ceiling stuff on the walls He hit a couple spot with a paint brush and called it a day And due to the fact that I can see where he touched it up And had me buy more ceiling paint for ceilings that were never paintedNot sure where the paint went cause it wasn't used on my place maybe someone else's place So he left me with a job not finished and me having to do painting myself And a big mess he left all his stuff in the place garbage rollers paint buckets all over the place I bought all this plastic for him to cover not sure if he covered anything Not happy with his service Beware of [redacted] the Painter he talks a good game
