I had a warranty issue with a *** *** water heaterRay F* is listed as a warranty service provider Initially they came out and said the unit needed new gas valve and thermocoupleMade me call the manufacturer to order parts because they did not want to be involved and they complained to me that they don't get fully paid by the manufacturer for their time Really? Then get off the list of service providers That's not the end user's issueAnyway, they replaced the parts that I got for them and the water heater pilot is still going out like beforei call them and they say they don't want to be involved anymoreNow they are making up a story that it is the fault of the original installer Really? Why didn't you say that in the first placeI'll tell you why, because they don't care I called manufacturer and they apologized for my having to deal with this type of attitude and to try someone else on the listAfter reading some of the other reviews I see there is a common theme with Ray F* of helping themselves, but not other people if things get too tough to figure out Don't use Ray F* because you might end up with a bigger problem than you bargained for and then have to get another company to actually solve the problem for youHope this helps somebody find a plumber who actually wants to help the customer

I used Ray F[redacted] to replace my hot water take and they worked non-stop until they had installed a new tank. From the person who answered the phone (Carrie) to the technicians (Eric and Jason) they were professional, helpful and wanted to complete the job! They worked well past 6:30 pm! I will definitely use them again! I also found their prices competitive!

Not pleased! I had them over twice before their price is ridiculous; but I paid!
So on 1/15th/2018 the arrived and the tech said that the furnace needs to be cleaned but didn't I just have this serviced in November and then he went on to tell me the restart box needs to be replaced and he would have to go to the warehouse to pick it up in which I would have to pay for his transportation! (What) so he said the total will range from 500-700 depending on how long it take him to come back and replace it! Seriously NO...so I refused called another company and they came out the next day and serviced it and replaced something Totally different them what Ray F. stated and it was 220..
So please shop around 1st!

Review: I purchased a condo at [redacted]. I was referred by 1 board member to use this company (Our Association uses this company as well. After speaking to other board members & also people who live in the complex advised me to get someone else. I only found out after the work wasdone by their employee ([redacted]) I never had anyone come out & give me a estimate - it was all done by telephone. ( was dealing with [redacted] who I believe is their office manager. I also dealt with [redacted] & his sister as well. The association paid for some of the work & I paid the rest. When you fill BOTH tubs with water - the water drains out within 12 to 15 minutes. They came out several times & both still don't work. I contacted them & they don't respond by phone, text or emails. I even contacted [redacted] that makes the product. They suggested I get another plumber [redacted] their employee told me this is the best they can do, [redacted] from [redacted] offered to send out their salesman to meet with Flanagan & also if I wanted, another plumber who would have the necessary parts or equipment to rectify or replace the work that [redacted] did on both bathrooms. Then I can resolve the balance I have with Flanagan. I was asked not to mention in my complaint board members names on my complaint(s) The board at [redacted] is in the process of hiring a property management company & it is quite possible they won't be using Flanagan in the building at some point as other owners in the building have had problems with Flanagan Plumbing. All I want to do is get them back to resolve my issue(S) & I can pay the balance. I want to resolve this asap & I just need the owner ([redacted]) to set up a meeting with him, the sales rep from [redacted], & also a plumber that [redacted] suggested I use & I also would like to be there. I have copies of emails & texts that I sent to [redacted] & texts to [redacted] that I will forward showing you my numerous calls & texts I sent. I also have a phone log from calls I made to their main office #.Desired Settlement: Just want [redacted] the owner to come out when this is scheduled & resolve the matter. If He doesn't want to wait til this is scheduled, He can come out immediately & resolve my issue. I also put complints out on this company on different media sites as well. I also left a complaint on their [redacted] site. If the issue is resolved, I will edit my complaint. I alsocontacted my attorney, but before I start litigation & start a high bill for attorney fee's - I thought this may get [redacted] attention.
