I have dealt with JW plumbing and heating through our condo so have had great experiences with them in the past, which Is why I chose them when I needed some project work with our bathroom renovationsBecause they are fully licensed and have so much experience with Condos, it was easy to be approved by the board for the work I needed(Something I had issues with in the past!)
They actually did a full renovation on the condo next door and I was very impressed!
The customer service I received was excellent! They made it Simple and easy to have the water shut down and all those details that can get so complicated especially with condosThey prepared me for the best and worst case scenario to work within my budget! I found that to be refreshing and in the end, all went smooth and I was over joyed with the results and the service I receivedI would recommend JW for anything plumbing, but also anything related to renovations! I loved the advice and personable conversations, they fully understood what I needed and helped to accommodate exactly what I asked for (not going above or lower than my needs though provided me with options!)Thanks JW plumbing and heating, I wanted to make sure to give you a rating because your customer service was exceptional and the work done is fantastic!
