This repair was completed at no cost to [redacted], invoice #[redacted].Corrections on October 5", 20171. Closed off all overhangs with 4" ACX plywood and painted to match rafters. 2. Due to poor preparation by a painter, the new paint was peeling from the fiscal. 3. I replaced the lag bolts with nuts and washers and bolts on the satellite dish whichwas installed by the satellite company.The final results on November 21, 2017 at 2:00pm was [redacted] and her neighbor [redacted], want the county inspectors' opinion.
