Good morning, I have attached a copy of the invoice that was left at my home which is blankHe never came back to do the job and so it never was completed or signed I hired people and only one showed upHe couldn’t figure out how to do it so he left saying he would be back with the other personI waited hours for them before my neighbor ended up coming to help me do it...in case they claim it couldn’t be doneI believe the invoice even says it’s not valid without a stamp and/or a signature Please let me know if you need anything moreThank you! On June 26, I received a text from [redacted] stating that I owe a balance and to call [redacted] because they were going to report me to the three credit bureaus and put a lien on my property This was the first time I've received any information regarding this matter, and I did not know who the caller represented, so I called and found out it was *** Install (their HQ is DBA [redacted]  Installation) which I used back in April to have my television mounted on the wall in which I paid with a money order (number [redacted] ) purchased at Food *** grocery store in [redacted] ***, MD They first told me that I had a bounced check, but I informed The representative (***) and was told that my check had bounced but I told her I don't write check so it could be a mistake She called me back again and said it was my money order that bounced I cannot understand why a money order had bounced so I called [redacted] *** with the money order number ( ) and was t

I hired this company to have a treadmill moved in my homeI also paid extra to have two people due to the size of the equipment Only one person showed up and he did not accomplish anything He also left saying he would be back with the other person He never came backNow this company will not refund the charge (which should have only been a deposit amount until complete) because they are saying work was done, and that if I cancel the work, then I still have to pay a $cancellation fee This company also uses a different name with the banks for the payments I did not know that until seeing the full charge on my credit card to a different name "Install"I even have the BLANK invoice / "contract for services" that was left by the employee that has nothing on it...no description for work, no amounts, no signature for where it is supposed to be signed when completeIt even says "not valid without Handyman Assembly validation stamp below"which there is none
