I am completely happy with the results. I would like to thank [redacted] for moving so quickly and I would like to apologize about the complaint. I made the complaint earlier in the morning the day they were making the repairs. I would like to go on to say I would completely recommend this company to any friends or family in need of a home inspection

This company missed a bowing basement wall during our inspection. We specifically asked about the black insulation that is around our front door and they told us it's nothing to worry about. After talking with contractors (due to water in our basement after 2 weeks of moving in) the black insulation was to cover the gap that is separating our front steps and the basement wall. We did speak with an attorney and there is nothing we can do about this issue because this company does how take responsibility for anything that is missed in their inspection. So now we have to come up with $10,000-20,000 to repair this issue. All we can do is get the $400 back we paid for the inspection.
