Review: Our end on our Ray Padula water hose broke. I emailed them and told them my problem. They emailed me back and asked me to send them pictures of the damaged hose and a picture of the receipt along with my name and address. On Sept. * I received an email from them telling me my replacement would ship in one week. I have not heard from them and I a have not received a replacement or a refund. I have called several times and can not get an answer. I have also emailed them and have not had a response.Desired Settlement: I would like a replacement hose or a refund. I would also like for them to stop offering a lifetime warranty since they do not stand behind their product.

Review: At some time I purchased a Ray Padula sprinkling wand and gutter cleaner through a local retailer. The packaging states it has a "lifetime warranty" and the back of the packaging states "If your Ray Padula Comfi-Rain fails to operate within your lifetime, we will repair or replace it FREE of charge, no questions asked." Since my wand was leaking and the front of the packaging claimed a leak free design, I emailed the given address on the packaging and asked what I should do. Very promptly (May [redacted]) I received an email from the company and was given an address to send the wand and the UPC code. I mailed the package out to the given address within two days. Hearing nothing for weeks, I have emailed the company three more times asking where I stood in the process of getting it repaired or replaced. The company has ignored all my emails since I sent the product and so I wonder if I ever will receive a repaired or replaced wand. In the last email I even told them I would be contacting you within a week and still no response. So, not only am I out the money for the original wand, but the $7.00+ postage to return it.Desired Settlement: I hope you can get Ray Paudla Enterprises to contact me about when I can expect a new wand or mine to be repaired.

Review: I shipped back 4 Garden hose accessories with all requested information for guarantee refund or replacement to: Ray Padula Enterprises [redacted] Instructions from the company said allow up to 4 weeks for a check or replacement, but typically less. 6 weeks later I have not received anything. I have sent e-mail inquiries and receive no response. I have also called, but regardless of any phone menu option I select, I am given a recording providing the same instructions on how to send items back.Desired Settlement: I would like either a refund check or replacement of the items that I shipped.

Review: I PURCHASED A RAY PADULA SILENT PULSE SPRINKLER FROM [redacted] 4/**/12 AND THIS PRODUCT CARRIES A LIFETIME WARRANTY GUARANTEE, THE SPRINKLER BROKE FROM BASE. I TRIED TO RETURN IT TO [redacted] AND WAS TOLD TO CONTACT THE COMPANY BECAUSE IT WAS PAST THE STORES COVERAGE TIME FOR WARRANTY. I CONTACTED THE COMPANY VIA PHONE AND WAS GIVEN INSTRUCTIONS TO FOLLOW FOR REPLACEMENTS. I COMPLIED WITH THEIR INSTRUCTIONS, I WROTE A LETTER 8/*/2014 EXPLAINING THE PROBLEM, ALONG WITH COPIES OF MY RECEIPT FROM THE PURCHASE LOCATION, A COPY OF PRODUCT GUARANTEE & UPC CODE FROM PACKING, AND THE BROKEN SPRINKLER WHICH WAS SENT BY PRIORITY MAIL ON 8/*/2014. I CONFIRMED VIA PHONE ON 8/**/2014 THAT THAT MY LETTER & BROKEN SPRINKLER WAS RECEIVED AND MY REQUEST WAS BEING PROCESSED AND SHOULD RECEIVE THE REPLACEMENT IN A WEEK. TO DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REPLACEMENT, IT'S NOW DIFFICULT TO SPEAK TO ANYONE VIA PHONE, UNABLE TO LEAVE A MESSAGE VOICE MAIL FULL ON OPTIONS 1, 2, & 3 AT ###-###-####. ON 10/*/2014 I FINALLY LEFT A MESSAGE ON A MAN'S VOICE MAIL AT OPTION 1. I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD FROM OR RECEIVED MY REPLACEMENT. IT'S WELL OVER 4-6 WEEKS.Desired Settlement: I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE THE REPLACEMENT, TWO SPRINKLERS FOR THE PRICE OF ONE FOR WAITING SO LONG OR JUST REFUND MY MONEY.

Review: I purchased 2 Ray Padula Series R type #3 sprayers approx. 1 year ago. I purchased them with the knowledge of a lifetime guarantee on the product. Both of my sprayers stopped working at the same time, along with a lot of issues over the year of use. Such as constantly having to tighten the screw and sometimes just not working. I call the company to hear recording after recording, I cant even leave a message because every mailbox is full (I tried numerous different ones) The recording states to mail it to the NY office with the original UPC or receipt. WHY on earth would I keep the original package or receipt unless I thought the product was subpar (Now I realize it is) And furthermore why should I pay to ship it to NY?????? That's crazy??????? Technology allows emails, picture messages, and numerous ways to provide proof without paying postage. GET WITH THE TIME RAY PADULA!!! I feel violated and taken advantage of. [redacted], [redacted], and lots of other reputable companies handle their guarantees professionally. I work very hard for everything I have in life and hate to see people get taken advantage of. This is definitely not a properly ran company, and I just want others to be aware of the ** guarantee policy. Let alone you cant even talk to anyone. IM DISGUSTED!!!!!! :(Desired Settlement: Mail me 2 new sprayers and attach a prepaid return slip so I can mail your defective ones back

Review: On ** April 2013 I returned a defective Extend-A-Wand hose nozzle to Ray Padula Enterprises as instructed by their automated email response to my warranty claim. I included all required info and documentation. They received my return on ** April. Their message said to allow up to 4 weeks for replacement. On* June I sent an email requesting status, and sent another on ** June. They did not reply to either message. On ** June I called their support phone number, which offers 5 menu choices. Each choice has only a recorded message and all "mailboxes" are full so there is no way to leave a message. I tried to bypass the message system by selecting 0 to speak to a live person. but that did not work. Bottom line is that they are totally non-responsive to both e-mail and telephone and they have failed to honor their warranty.Desired Settlement: I purchased this item for $19.99 at a Marine Corps Exchange. Because this company seems unreliable, I would prefer a refund of my purchase price rather than a replacement item. I have no faith in them to honor any future warranty claim on this or my other Ray Padula products.

Review: Contacted business and followed their directions to return defect product. Mailed it priority mail back to them on April **, 2013. It was delivered on May *, 2013 USPS tracking No(Your system would not allow the tracking number to be sent). Never heard back from them. Tried calling their Customer Support phone number several times, but the voice mail box has been full for months. Emailed them several times, but never received a response. Product was new and returned in original box. It was returned because water timer allowed water to flow even when turned off. Purchase price was $71.34 Initial shipping was $13.84, Shipping defect product back to company was $5.70. My total out of pocket is $90.88Desired Settlement: They have their product back. Refund my $90.88

Review: Ray Padula Enterprises has a lifetime guarantee on their Series R hose nozzles. I sent in all the required documentation and the hose nozzle to the warranty department. The USPS delivered the package to Ray Padula Enterprises 05/**/13. The Ray Padula website says replacement or refund of the defective item can take up to 8 weeks. I have not had any correspondence back from Ray Padula Enterprises. I have sent 2 emails with no replies. I have tried calling the phone number listed on the Ray Padula website numerous times and am unable to reach anyone or leave a message. The voice mailbox is always full. The link on the website for live customer service has been disconnected.Desired Settlement: At this point I would just like a refund to purchase a different nozzle.

Review: AUG **, 2012, I ordered two "TIME IT DELUXE" timers and received two defective timers that never worked. The company advertises a 5 year guarantee so I contacted them by email MAY **, 2013. As instructed, I returned both timers with all the requested information. On JUN *, USPS Delivery Confirmation indicated the returned package was delivered to the company. I have NOT yet received ANY response from the company about the status of my timers. So far, I have sent emails on MAY **, JUN*, JUN **, and JUL **. I also tried calling but got a message indicating the "Voice Mail" Box is 'Full".Desired Settlement: A refund for the purchased price...which is $74.10.

Review: I purchased a Ray Padula Wand/Nozzle Combo Park R at [redacted] on [redacted] in [redacted]. There was a lifetime guarantee. One of the nozzles started leaking about one month after using it. I called the phone number to get info on how to get a replacement or refund as that seems to be part of the warranty. They have recorded instructions what to include in package and "minus shipping"---minus what? What is the point of a warranty if the cost to return one nozzle is the same as the cost of the two pack. Then it says if you need further information press a number and then MAILBOX full. This happened five times. I emailed them at their support email address three times with no response. BAD BUSINESS. And I am stuck with a useless nozzle.Desired Settlement: Change of the way they do business. Refund or new nozzle with no cost to me.

Review: I had to return TWO Ray Padula products that failed, both under warranty. I returned both items as per the Ray Padula website instructions and never received either a response and/or replacement from them. I have called their "support" phone number several times, only to get the recording that their "mailbox is full" so it was not possible to even leave a message. (In reading other customer comments, this seems to be typical: no response and worthless warranties. ) Too bad, because these were (technically) good and useful products, but their warranties are just bogus.Desired Settlement: I would like the products I returned under warranty replaced: Series R Hose End Nozzle (Lifetime Warranty) and Time It Duo Dial Outlet Manual Timer (5-year Warranty)
