Attached is the invoice and credit card receipt requested.What was ordered over the phone is this: Two Wheels for a Ford FusioninchBlack Steel with Lug Nut Holes and Spokes.Agreement was made to order them and I took the broken wheels with tires loosely on them and dropped them off with the understanding that I would pick up the tires with the new wheels as stated above mounted on them

What I received is NOT 5 spoke and therefore Aurora Tire response is not true nor satisfactory. The response from Aurora Tire is totally unacceptable and untrue. I did not receive 5 spoke wheels and the air flow is not the same. Not even close. Intact they still have the original wheels which they took off and as I have stated were not the same. The need to see the vehicle is negated by the fact they saw the original wheels.

To Whom it May Concern,   ID#[redacted]-This person didn't order the wheels, her boyfriend ordered the wheels, saying they needed 2 steel black wheels for a 2010 Ford Fusion 5 hole(which is standard for that car) 17 inch wheel. We here at Aurora Tire Center didn't see the vehicle. When we...

got the wheels in our business, we called them. They ([redacted]) brought their tires & wheels in and we changed them out. We still didn't see the vehicle. (Almost every vehicle on the road has three or 4 styles of wheels) The next day this person called saying her hub caps wouldn't fit. Her boyfriend when ordering the wheels said to get cheap black steel wheels that would fit that car. We got the wheels and they were five spoke-the air flow is good to cool the brakes. Yes she says they don't match other two wheels. We can not send wheels back because the tires have been mounted.     1. The wheels fit the car properly.                   2.
