 Not true that Rassmussen left apparatus hooked up to assist me.  If that was the case, why did he not respond to my phone complaint in May to find out how we could resolve the problem before I had to hire someone else to finish the job?  Also bill for this "service" done in May is dated August 15....why so long to send bill?

On or about March 18, 2014, Ms. [redacted] called our company because they had nohot water pressure. ([redacted]) went to her home to check the unit andfound the tankless water heater needed to be flushed out, full of calcium causedfrom their hard water.I have never experienced this issue before, so...

I went and purchased the properflushing equipment and cleaning solution and flushed out the heater. Ms. [redacted]wanted to purchase the equipment so she could do it herself if it h~ppened again.Ms. [redacted] called again in May and insisted I come that morning. I went out toher home (one way is over 20 miles and ~ hour drive) and discovered the tanklesswater heater had the same problem. I hooked up the equipment to flush thesyste~ and Ms. [redacted] left during the time ] was working. When I was finished,she had not returned home yet, so I left the equipment hooked up so Ms. [redacted]would know how to hook it up herself, because she apparently did not know howto flush the system or she could have done it herself.Ms. [redacted] had contacted the tank1ess water heater manufacturer each time beforeshe called us for service, and after trouble-shooting with her the manufacturer hadalso stated to her that the problem must related to her well water.We cannot warranty the work completed in March, because of her hard water andcalcium build up.

I was in desperate need of a plumber since I had water coming out underneath the bath cabinet yet everything around the plumbing was dry. Brad came out within 45 minutes of me calling. He offered a recommendation, and within a 1/2 hour to hour, had [redacted] come to figure out what was going on. [redacted] was very professional and friendly. Unfortunately he had to make a couple of holes in the drywall to determine the problem, but kept it to a minimal and cleaned up his mess when done. He found the problem in the above condo unit, fixed it. He came back and told me that the issue was resolved, thanked me and told me to have a nice day. Great service and work. Very impressed.

Review: I am being billed by Ray Rasmssun Plumbing Inc. for the amount of $243.75. I had no hot water and very low water pressure. They sent a technician out in May 2014 to see what the problem was and he flushed to unit with CLR and left my house without checking if the water issues had been resolved or disconnecting the pump or hoses from the unit. There was also a leak on the bottom of the water heater which he did not fix or even check. I called and told them their tech did not do the work properly and they needed to send someone else. I had no response to my phone message and they did not send a bill until August 2014, four month later. I complained with a letter stated I would not pay them and they needed to call me or I would file with the Revdex.com. Had not heard from them since.Had to hire another plumber to fix unit.Desired Settlement: Do not want to pay bill of $243.75
